The problem

You didn’t start a business to manage a website.

  • 01

    Customers can’t find you

They search, can’t find you or can’t tell if you’re open, and call the shop down the road.

  • 02

    It falls behind quietly

Google and AI assistants keep changing how they read sites. Left alone, a site slips down the results and nothing looks broken while it happens.

  • 03

    There’s never time

The website keeps sliding down the list, or a weekend goes to a DIY site builder and it still doesn’t look right.

A good business shouldn’t lose customers to a bad website.

About us

We know the website is the last thing on your list.

So we take it off your plate. Three of us, each with a specialty, and you deal with one person from the first call to launch day and after.

  2. Step 2: We build your site

Our work

Three levels. Pick where you start.

01 · Landing Page

Everything a customer needs, on one page.

Top Gear Car Wash in Innisfail went from a free page under an old name to a site with prices, hours and directions that Google and AI assistants can read.

The Top Gear Car Wash Innisfail website: “Eleven bays for everything you drive”, with buttons for directions and comparing bays.

02 · Business Site

Room for your stories, galleries and bookings.

Vow & Vale is a wedding photographer concept: story pages, a planning guide, galleries and an enquiry form that knows which service you picked.

The Vow & Vale photography concept site: “Love, beneath the peaks.” over a mountain wedding ceremony.

03 · Showcase

The one people remember.

Lustre is an auto detailing concept built around a 3D car: you follow it through the page as you scroll and try paint colours on it, and it’s tuned to run smoothly on phones.

The Lustre Detailing concept site: a glossy black 3D sports car under the headline “Reflections, restored.”

Pricing

Simple pricing. Start small, grow when you’re ready.

Every plan starts with a site built for your business and a care plan that keeps it current. You get a quote before any work starts.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. You pay for your domain and hosting directly, in your name, and we set them up. If a job looks like it’ll take longer than quoted, we tell you before, not after.

Every site includes

  • Found on Google

Set up so search engines can find and understand your business.

    SEO

  • Ready for AI assistants

ChatGPT, Google’s AI answers and AI agents can read your hours, prices and services.

    Agentic browsing

  • Works for everyone

Usable with a keyboard or screen reader, with text that’s easy to read.

    WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility

  • Secure

HTTPS, security headers and no plugins waiting to be patched.

    Security

  • Easy to use

Customers find your phone number, hours and prices in seconds.

    Good UX

  • An editor you can update yourself
  • A mobile app
  • Online ordering
  • AI that answers and sorts enquiries

Quoted per project, once you know you need it.

What changes

Without a site that’s looked after

  • Customers call someone else
  • Wrong hours and old prices
  • Weekends lost to site builders

With Skala

  • The phone rings from Google
  • Hours and prices always right
  • One message, and it’s handled

Questions

Straight answers

Do I own my website?

Yes. The domain and the site are in your name. If you ever stop the care plan, we hand over everything you need.

What counts as a change?

New hours or prices, a new service, fresh photos, a holiday notice, a new page section. If something is bigger than your included hours, we quote it first.

Who will I talk to?

One of us, the whole way through: whoever you met first. You won’t get passed around.

How long does it take?

It depends on the plan and how quickly we get your photos and details. We’ll give you a date on the call.

I already have a website. Can you fix it instead?

Often, yes. Tell us on the call, and we’ll say honestly whether fixing it or rebuilding makes more sense.

Are the examples real businesses?

Innisfail Car Wash is a real client. Vow & Vale and Lustre are concept demos we built to show what each plan can do, so their names and details are made up.
